These boat details are subject to contract.
A good clean example of this fin keel boat from the Westerly stable. Virtually new sails, halyards and sheets. The engine is clean and tidy and starts on the button. She would make a good first boat as she only needs a bit of scrubbing around the rubbing strake and a polish on the top-sides to bring her back to her best. Just read through the list of recent expenditure to see that the next owners only need to spend £10 on polish, the rest has been done for you.
