Comentario del broker
A nice looking Sigma 36 for her age with many upgrades. New standing rigging 2013, new sails 2012 the list goes on.
You will notice this yacht is very much reduced in price in comparison to other Sigma 36's. This boat has had a recent survey which highlighted key findings below.
Deck - Several areas of very high moisture levels indicating water ingress into the balsa core, particularly to the port side, and both sides near the chainplates and the genoa tracks.
Several areas of dull hammer soundings, indicating debonding (meaning that the balsa core has already rotted and/or detached from the outer GRP skin), and distortions around the chainplates. Considerable cracking visible to the surface.
Coachroof likewise, several areas of very high moisture levels, including areas of debonding near to and forward of the mast, numerous poorly executed repairs and areas of cracking. Cockpit again similar, areas of high moisture and debonding.
