Broker's Comments
A good level and tidy example of the popular family sized flybridge cruiser.
The cooker, oven and fridge are all clean enough to allow food to be put in them. In fact the oven looks very lightly used if at all. The upholstery, curtains and carpets are very uptogether and serviceable.
Pleasantly the boat does NOT smell like a public convenience as some boats do after wintering ashore.
The anti-foul has just been renewed in the last few weeks and the engines have been serviced for the new season.
The flybridge cover could do with some attention either re-waterproofing or repairing but aside from that there is little for a new owner to do other than enjoy.
