Broker's Comments
This boat has been viewed and photographed by Peter Watt of Boatshed Portsmouth. Register or log in to see 40 more photos of this boat. On several occasions whilst onboard, I had to ask what year the boat was. The owner probably thought I was a little hard of hearing. The truth is, I kept forgetting that I was on board a boat that was commissioned in 1995. Mainly because of the exceptionally high standards of the current owners. I was in danger of running out of places to write down the list of items that had been replaced during her present ownership. When you are told that a light fitting in the cockpit was imported from Italy because the original was "a bit flimsy", you know you are dealing with fastidious people (and yes I did have to look up how to spell fastidious). You may, at face value be able find a cheaper Princess 410, you won't however find another one with the Mediterranean spec', in this condition at any price. By the time you have bought a 'cheaper' example and got it close to this condition you will have spent far more than is being asked for this one. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
