Broker's Comments
Once, all proper yachts looked like the Nic 26, and the world was probably all the better for it.” Hmm, reviewing that sentence, there’s no doubt about it; I’ve been reading too much Tom Cunliffe recently, and his writing style is infectious. Tom knows a bit about boats though, and I think he would approve of the Nic. With her long deep keel and full-length transom-hung rudder; her deep, safe cockpit and pair of cosy quarter-berths, here is a small yacht with an impeccable design pedigree. Nothing flash about her, but there is a timeless elegance apparent in her lines and a reputation for dependable sea-keeping that makes Nic owners fanatics about the marque. A classic yacht, for all her diminutive size.
