Broker's Comments
This is a splendid pocket cruiser, which appears to have been well cared-for by its owners, who are now looking to go slightly larger. She appears to be in good condition. The hull positively gleams; the engine dates from 2012 and is hardly yet run-in. She has been re-upholstered and re-rigged in the not-too-distant past. Cloth-work is in good condition, and she has a full cockpit enclosure to provide extra shelter in harbour. Incredibly for her size , she has a separate heads compartment with a proper sea toilet. Galley arrangements are more modest, however, and her instrumentation is sparse and dated. But for those who want to keep their boating simple (and cheap) she's a peach.
