Broker's Comments
This once beautiful 5 berth Broads Cruiser was bought with a view to restoring her to her former glory. She was re painted and anti fouled 3 years ago. Work has been done on the topsides and she is dry inside.
She needs completely re-fitting (as the pics show!) i.e. shower, galley, toilet, water tank etc etc. If you treat the interior as a blank canvass then she has the potential to be a very attractive and rewarding restoration. The original wood work is in very good condition and is completely original. She a BSC until May 2012 and has a current river licence. She retains most of her original fittings.
