Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 65ft x 12ft Wide Beam for sale.
This 2006 wide beam has three cabins and a great open plan living area that makes it ideal as a family home, as it is currently used, or for a group of friends.
There is a coal fired aga which provides heating and feeds radiators throughout the boat, ensuring it is always comfortable even in the depths of winter. The Aga can also be used for cooking in winter and produces the best roasts, pizzas and slow cooked stews. There is a also a four burner gas stove and oven as an alternative.
The fit out is of a very high standard throughout with lots of oak giving a very warm vibe and making it a really nice place to be. There is loads of storage in every room again making it suitable for a family or group of people.
There is one double cabin and two smaller cabins; one of these currently has bunk beds in but could also fit a double bed.
The large bathroom has a bath with shower and marine heads with holding tank. There is also a washing machine on board.
The boat is well set up for continuous cruising with a large battery and alternator as well as solar panels on the roof. There is also a diesel heater which can provide hot water and heat the radiators when the Aga is not in use.
The boat is currently located on a CRT residential mooring which is not transferable so is not reflected in the price, although the new owners could apply for the mooring at auction if they wanted to retain it. A similar mooring at the same site was recently auctioned for £13,500pa.
Viewing is highly recommended.
