Broker's Comments
Boatshed Essex are pleased to present this attractive Collingwood Widebeam. Collingwood aim to design and build innovative boats, built to high standards, using quality materials. This charming example is no exception, with a tasteful completion, providing a comfortable, floating home.
The boat has a spacious and open saloon and galley, complete with underfloor heating throughout and a multi-fuel stove that also heats the domestic water. The galley has plenty of work-top space and cupboard storage, alongwith a range of tasteful appliances and fittings. The heads continues the theme of luxury and charm, coming complete with a whirlpool jacuzzi and bespoke, heated, towel rail. Along the corridor are three, separate, cabins, providing ample accommodation for a family or group. Finally, the engine room also provides some workshop space and houses the unique powerplant, a new, 1932 Gardner engine. This little used engine was chosen to complete the boat's character.
This boat is a delightful opportunity to purchase a sailaway, floating home or holiday apartment, which is filled with comfort, style and reliability. Whether it's moored as a liveaboard or travelling the waterways, this boat could make dreams a reality.
