Broker's Comments
This is a comfortable wide beam canal boat that has versatile accommodation and would make an excellent liveaboard.
The combined saloon and galley at the forward end of the accommodation has large windows to sides and front. A welcome change from so many canal boats that lose the chance to enjoy a view of the world around. The aft cabin is currently used as a general purpose room, but could easily be a sizeable cabin or office to work afloat. The second cabin has space for a double bed - well, just about! Around the bed there is little space - it is a 'bed room'.
The large windows have secondary glazing to retain warmth. Heating is provided by a Squirrel solid fuel burner serving three radiators. She comes with a gas powered generator and inverter.
The boat comes with the opportunity to take on a residential mooring and within easy commuting distance into London. A transfer fee would be payable.
