Broker's Comments
This is a lovely boat with a beautifully appointed interior. Very spacious and with lots of teak she has a really warm, homely feel as you step down the companionway. Obviously well maintained - again you can just feel this as you step aboard. Everything seems right - from the covers that protect her from the winter weather, internal carpets, beautiful internal decor, extensive instrumentation, right through to the engine room.
She was out of the water for her annual service in November and so has fresh anti fouling and anodes, engines serviced and various other jobs attended to. This is a reluctant sale due to the owner emigrating and I can understand why he will be sad to see her go. She has a lot to offer her new owners either as a cruising boat or a very comfortable and spacious liveaboard.
Although there are detailed pictures available, this is one of those boats where the 'feel' is difficult to convey by pictures alone - it really must be viewed first hand to appreciate fully.
