Broker's Comments

PIPER Trent Barge for sale. PIPER has been known for its quality boats with innovative design for more than 50 years.
A practical, economical, easily managed barge for two with occasional guests, for cruising all year round, ideal for all French waterways and Europe’s rivers and canals.
Our vendors bought her in 2015 and lived aboard full time until August 2021. She is designed for autonomous cruising with her capacious tanks and a well designed solar system. Two extending mooring poles facilitate green banking “in the wild”.
I was impressed with the well thought out and well executed construction, and she certainly seems well looked after and properly maintained by her present owners. A comfortable cruising home for two with occasional guests and all in an easily handled under 14m hull ! Well worth a visit if you’re looking for a modern, well maintained and equipped barge for cruising or as a permanent home. She is currently moored in a quiet marina in Franche-Comté and the mooring may be transferred to a new owner if required.
