GRP river cruiser built by Nicols in 1992, retired from the rental fleet in 2009 and since has been in private hands. We sold this boat to our vendor in 2013 (survey report available) and the boat has been completely continuously upgraded ever since. Quality materials and equipment and workmanship to shame many professionals. Upgrades include a solid aft deck roof (new Nicols original parts used). Solar panels, batteries, inverters, electrical generator modification of internal spaces to provide a really stylish cruising home. Last dry docked July 2021. Improvements and maintenance has been ongoing throughout our vendors time as owners.

Broker's Comments

Inland waterways GRP cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this NICOLS 1300 Sedan for sale in the south Paris region. A completely renovated, restyled, upgraded live aboard cruiser which has benefited from improvements and ongoing maintenance in our vendors' hands.
Although this is an ex-hire cruiser, it has been renovated by our current owner as a fully live aboard floating and cruising home. Ideal for a couple who wish to live on water and discover the French waterways in great comfort all year long.
Many improvements have been made inside: insulation, heating, appliances, electric system - and outside: the hard roof, solar panels and so on. A serious refit and transformation done with quality materials by skilled owners. The extra time and "love" that a competent owner can lavish on his project has resulted in a job better than most professional will have done.

Thanks to its dimensions and low draft (air draft max 2.20m), this vessel will go any where on the waterways (except canal de l'Ourq) and could be welcomed in any port at reasonable mooring rates.
Currently moored in a quiet port south of Paris (1 hour by train), the mooring may be transferred upon request and the present cost is just 1115 euros per year.
