Broker's Comments
This is a lovely semi-trad that is a very reluctant sale due to poor health. The boat was surveyed in 2022 when the present owners bought her. The marina mooring on the Lancaster Canal is available and is subject to a transfer fee of £500.
As you enter the cratch there is a separate kerosene tank that runs the heating system, and also some storage. The cratch cover and aft tonneau cover are new.
Entering through the front doors you arrive in the bright and airy saloon area that has built in storage, TV bracket, sockets/aerial and plenty of room for seating of your choice. There is a well appointed galley with separate fridge, freezer, washing machine, free standing cooker, stainless steel sink, duck hatch and plenty of storage. The fire is run by a separate kerosene tank and it also runs the radiators throughout the boat.
Next you arrive in the shower room with a full size shower, built in vanity unit with wash basin and a vac flush cassette toilet with a spare cassette.
Further down the boat you arrive in the double cabin with a large double bed that opens out and folds away very simply as per the pictures. There is plenty of cupboard space and then you arrive in the rear of the boat which has a double wardrobe either side of the boat and then storage and the electrical equipment and battery isolator switches.
The boat had new Thetford toilet and spare cassette in Aug 22. New cooker, washer/dryer and freezer in Oct 22. New shower with gulper, titanium steel shower tray along with a very powerful pressure pump in Feb 23.
