Broker's Comments
This is a lovely high spec boat that has had a fortune spent on the build. She has a unique hydraulic roof at the back and had 5 coats of 2pac blacking in early 2022, over in Goole. The boat has just had 4 brand new lead carbon batteries fitted.
At the stern you have a good size living area with fitted seating down both sides. There is plenty of under floor storage that runs from the engine bay to the stern and also houses the long prop shaft. The roof drops hydraulically but the owner tells me they did not have to drop it for any bridges so far, though they havenot travelled far.
Central is the roomy centre cockpit with wheel steering, engine controls and instruments. Hidden behind the panels are the inverter and various wiring. There is a small cctv screen which has both forward and stern cameras, though the visibility for sailing is pretty good anyway. The engine is under the centre cockpit and has only 228 hours on the clock.
As you go down through the companionway you arrive into the large kitchen with stacks of clever storage ideas, full size cooker, fridge/freezer, sink and drainer. This leads to the small saloon area with a dinette that drops down and would possibly accommodate one person overnight, a large radiator and a new solid fuel stove that can also be used for cooking. The boat has webasto wet heating throughout and solid wood floors. There are also plenty of sockets.
Next you walk through the privacy doors to the attractive walkthrough shower room with mood lighting, electric pump out toilet, full size shower, wash basin, towel rail, and storage.
Finally you arrive in the double forward bedroom with storage cupboards/wardobes and access through to the bow thruster and battery at the bow. The bedroom has over head mood lighting.
BSC until Nov 2024.
There is now a marina mooring with this boat subject to separate negotiation with the marina.
