Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this well cared 42ft narrowboat for sale with Limehouse residential mooring.
We know this boat well having sold it three years ago to the current owners and it has been maintained by both of those owners really well and makes a great liveaboard home in this ever-popular location.
It looks and feels a lot newer than it's 2001 build date thanks to a really decent repaint done by the previous owner and the interior has been updated by the current owner with new upholstery and repainted walls inside. They also updated the central heating system to make this even more efficient. There is a multi fuel stove too.
Definitely one you could move straight into, there is a double bed at the stern, a good sized bathroom and galley and living area at the bow. At 42ft, it is the longest it can be in this marina without incurring a higher mooring rate. Current mooring fee is £8,340 p.a. if paid upfront, £9,104 paid monthly.
The residential mooring is fully transferable with a 5% transfer fee payable. Limehouse is probably Londpn's most popular marina with excellent transport links and a great community spirit amongst the residents.
