Broker's Comments
Modelled on an East Coast Shrimper, the Matelot 20 is a proper little fishing/pleasure boat, with sails, rather than a true sailor. She benefits from a roomy and deep cockpit, comfortably seating six adults, and a frugal and nearly new inboard diesel engine. She has a snug forward cabin with two berths, ideal to shelter from those summer squalls or to enjoy a relaxing snooze after a picnic lunch. For weekending, a fitted cockpit tent extends the accomodation and with the addition of a couple of camp beds she could comfortably sleep four. If sailing takes your fancy, the small easily managed rig will allow you to drift along in blissful silence! She benefits from a Hayling four wheeled/braked road trailer with a new spare wheel and with her bilge plates she will sit comfortably on a drying mooring. All in all, an excellent motor boat with the capacity to sail and which is trailable to more distant waters. See "more photos" to view 37 internal and external photos of this vessel.
