Broker's Comments
This unique vessel and home is rich in history, charm and style. It was requisitioned during the Second World War, appeared in A BBC documentary and was used by the RNLI for training. This has been the owner's home for over 20 years, during which time it has been a 'Lovely liveaboard. Having cruised the East Coast, France and Belgium, I know it is nice at sea and takes the ground well'
The boat has a warm and cosy traditional feel. It gives the impression of having been , well maintained and therefore ready for a new owner/s to experience.
Separate Captain's quarters, with heads, double berth, galley and multifuel stove.
Therer is acres of space outside, for both operapting the boat when necsearry, but also as living space. Inside there are two double berts, one of which is in the self contained 'Captain's Quarters'. These quarters feature a separate galley, heads with a shower, raised double bed and a multi fuel stove. In the main cabing can be found another double bed, open plan saloon and dining area, also with a multi-fuel stove. The interior also features a second galley and the walk-in 'pantry'. The engine room is spacious, with good room to move around and operate the engine, which provides plenty of power for cruising and manouvereing the boat.
This boat really is unique in its heritage, design and presentation. It would make a comfortable cruising platform, home or holiday opportunity. If you would like to know any more or organise a personal viewing, please contact our office and we would be delighted to hear from you.
