Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
Built for comfort rather than speed, a term quite commonly used, this vessel however does not fit that category, definately built for speed, yet more than a hint of comfort, most racing yachts are stripped to the bare bones for weight, even the crew are permitted only to bring nerly empty toothpaste tubes, certainly no change of clothes, any post regatta dinner will confirm this.
This J 133 does offer some comfort in both layout and fit out yet just one look confirms her racing potential, an Admiral's Cup reserve vessel she comes with carbon mast and a whole host of expensive sails that filled the saloon and beyond, apologies for some of the cluttered internal shots, spare sails much to heavy to move by some overweight broker, it should be noted that 8-10 crew would normally be required to race so make sure you have plenty of able and keen companions, before entering any serious races.
Latest high tech sails together with WiFi tack tick instruments keep this vessel at the leading edge.
This could be a floating home from home for those that really enjoy fast sailing, perhaps uniquely for this class of vessel all reefing and furling lines are led aft, making this possible to sail for pleasure short handed.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
