Broker's Comments
The interior of this Gib'Sea 41 was custom designed and executed for the original owner by Technicoque.
This boat makes a great long term cruiser or liveaboard. With wind, solar and generator power she can remain at free anchorages for extended periods. This comfortable owner's version, ideal for a couple (with child), has been designed and maintained with safety in mind for blue water cruising.
The hardtop protection of the central cockpit, the RayMarine Autohelm 5000 on the quadrant and the side thruster provide extra comfort and safety when sailing and when negotiating berth entries in rough conditions.
The boat was entirely renovated in 2006, hull stripped, inspected, repaired where needed, primed and repainted. The rudder was restratified and the rings changed. The mast was unstepped and rigging replaced. The electrical system was updated with new switchboard, circuit breakers and partial rewiring.
A unique feature of this boat is the shape of its keel, making it possible to shore up with legs or against a wharf for maintenance on the hull.
