A good example of the popular Freeman 23 benefiting from having a full pre-purchase survey inspection carried out last year.
The boat has gas fired warm air heating and hot water.through a Trumatic boiler.
A new quality canopy was fitted last year along with improved stainless steel framework for easier side access.
She was fully serviced over winter 2011 has a new unused gas bottle and has her Broads toll licence until March 2013.
Internal woodwork is good as is the original gelcoat externally.
Very much ready to enjoy this is a good boat at a sensible price.
