The saloon/interior of these boats is quite a large area for a boat of this size helped by the large windows giving a bright and airy feel to her.
The upholstery is in very good condition and the boat is dry.
This example has been out of the water every year for the past 5 years where she has been tar varnished and antifouled. The engine runs very well and was recondition in 2010.
She has a current broads Licence until April 2014 and a Boat safety Certificate also until April 2014.
The canopy was replaced in 2011.
Very much ready to use with the option of taking over the mooring at Loddon.
