Broker's Comments

This Dutch Steel Cruiser is moored in South Dock Marina, SE16.

This spacious 2 cabin boat comes with a fully transferable residential mooring in one of London’s most desirable liveaboard marina’s. With mooring fees far lower than the other marinas in this part of London.

The hull was anti-fouled (re-painted) and new anodes applied in August 2023. Full exterior paintwork also renewed at the same time, offering low maintenance for the next 5 years at least.

The boat Safety Certificate is valid until June 2025. The last survey was completed in 2019, available on request.

Walkways and exterior decks have been painted with grey anti-slip paint with a large seating area at the rear of the boat. The saloon area is light and airy, offering great views of the dock and Canary Wharf in the distance. Galley with gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge. Various storage cupboards and storage under the seating.

There are 3 solar panels fitted and these can run the fridge, TV, and USB charging point. The pontoon provides shore power, water and there is also excellent wi-fi available.
