Broker's Comments
This beautiful Dutch barge underwent a full refit in 2017. The work started with the hull, overplating where required, grit blasted and epoxy coated, meaning the hull is now in great condition and well protected against future corrosion. The interior of the hull was insulated with spray foam before any further work was started.
The modern, bright interior offers a generous main cabin with en-suite bathroom featuring a full sized shower cubicle. The galley is in the stern, with ample storage and preparation space. There is good headroom throughout the boat. The wheelhouse makes a comfortable saloon with all-round views of the surrounding, tranquil location.
The leisure mooring at Plat's Eyot is fully transferable subject to a 4% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are circa. £440 per month. Parking available.
The vessel could be used to cruise off-grid as she is well equipped with solar and has an array of Rolls deep cycle batteries. Heating and hot water is via a Kabola diesel boiler.
The boat had an out-of-water survey in 2017 and an in-water survey, post refit, in 2021. BSS expires 2025.
