Continuing forward, you descend into the main living area of the boat, which features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, and salon. The salon includes an office desk area, a feature Refleks ship’s stove and comfortable seating for five. PCNavigo provides digital maps of the entire central European waterways for trip planning and navigation. The Toshiba laptop is fed by the installed Ocean Sat Class A Automatic Identification System (AIS) which moves the ship along the waterways and displays other AIS equipped vessels operating in the area on the chart.
Nautic Talk Duo headsets use bluetooth technology and completely eliminates shouting/hand signals between the crew - you can actually quietly communicate for up to 900 metres range! Great for the crew member ashore in a lock for example. The best crew harmony aid on the market!

Broker's Comments
For sale: Luxmotor-style barge. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this 21 meter long Luxmotor-type residential barge for sale.
I was surprised by the quality and comfort in this boat upon entering. The two rooms in the bow and stern of the boat have impeccable finishings. Just look at our photos and videos and you'll feel like you're in a quality apartment.
Whether it's winter or summer, this barge offers the same level of comfort as being ashore. Even without air conditioning, the external awning, deck hatches, and ceiling-mounted electric fan provide efficient natural cooling. The oil stove and four radiators ensure cozy winter nights.
Navigation on this barge is a breeze thanks to the remarkably silent diesel engine (see video) installed in 2011, panoramic views from the cockpit, and the bow thruster.
The boat was originally built with a very shallow draft and a robust hull to work in estuaries and polders, which is a significant advantage for waterways where depth is often limited.
Our owners are leaving all the equipment on board, including kitchen utensils, their collection of nautical charts and all the tools that have been used to maintain and improve the boat over the past 23 years. Everything you see in the photos and videos remains, which is a real bonus that allows you to move in without any additional investment.
This is an ideal boat for a couple who want to live onboard and welcome family and friends while exploring the rivers and waterways of Europe, just like our owners have done for the past 23 years. It offers excellent value for money with quality features and no need for additional equipment. It's definitely tempting!
