Broker's Comments
A charming Dutch Barge, that provides comfortable living accommodation for two, with the opportunity to use the aft cabin as a second bedroom if required. The owner runs the local boatyard, therefore the vessel has been meticulously maintained over the last 16 years both inside and out.
The hull has been fully blacked every two years and the list of replacement onboard systems is extensive: batteries, pumps, cabin heating to highlight a few.
There are currently no mooring fees, which will be explained fully on request.
The closest public transport is Hayes & Harlington mainline, and the M4 motorway is within easy access.
