Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 15m Dutch Barge with London mooring for sale. A characterful two cabin barge with outdoor deck space, this boat is moored in the ever-popular South Dock Marina on a residential mooring.
The boat was originally built in the 1920's but is now a lovely houseboat that would make a great liveaboard for an individual or couple.
The boat was lifted in 2018 and had some welding carried out on the hull as well as being reblacked.
The residential mooring is fully transferable with a 10% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are roughly £7,250 per annum. Council tax is payable at about £80 a month.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
