Broker's Comments
What a great family cruiser! Completely dry inside with no sign of a musty smell when the hatch was opened, so that was a good first impression. The engine started first time, the electronics all worked and there was plenty of space both on deck and in the cabin. No nasty keel box here to take up space, as this boat has a small keel stub which houses the swinging keel. I was impressed with how stable she was with the keel up, unlike other similar keel type yachts. With a good sail wardrobe and ample navigation equipment this yacht is all set to go. The swing mooring is also available for the current season too. What are you waiting for? These boat details are subject to contract.
