Broker's Comments
Want plenty of room, comfort and speed at a reasonable outlay? The Princess 45 is a high quality boat that has been built to last. This particular boat was built in 1987 and seems to holding the ravages of time at bay. Externally, the hull and deck is in very good condition and the window frames gleam enough to make your eyes hurt. Inside she has enough room to hold a decent-sized cocktail party. The master cabin, with en-suite heads and shower, is forward, with a good size mid-ships twin on the starboard side. On the port side is the galley and dinette, which can convert to a small double using the adjustable height table. Three steps take you up to the spacious saloon. There is a large fly-bridge, with excellent all-round views. The electronics could use some updating, but this is a lot of quality boat for the money.
