All interested parties are invited to an open day on board, in Brighton Marina. Subsequent purchasers will be noted at the event and the successful party will be selected by her current owners. Please note that travel costs, etc, are not refundable by Boatshed, or any other party.

A £1000 deposit will be required to clear into our secure client account and will be refunded upon successful legal transfer of ownership and vacation of the vessel from Brighton Marina by the time/date agreed with the vendor. This deposit would be forfeit, should contractual agreements not be met. This holding deposit is required for the purposes of due diligence for contract completion.

NO ENGINE-NONE RUNNER

This vessel MUST leave Brighton Marina by a date to be agreed with the marina - this is not up for negotiation and she cannot remain!

You need your own resources to move her to a suitable berth elsewhere, safely.

You only have to take a look around this space to see that she's something special!

She's been a great Brighton Marina landmark for many years and has functioned as a floating Chinese restaurant and is currently in use as a multi-functional community space.

We understand that she needs attention and can provide information to help understand this - an extremely in-depth history and survey/dive surveys in 2010/2011 and a full condition survey in September 2022 describe her exactly as she is and what needs to be done. Please email for copies of information.

Her cavernous interior, on two levels could be adapted for an internal space and she may be suitable for an entertainment venue, conference centre, shared workspace and possibly anything else you can imagine that could be undertaken in a very pleasant space afloat.

She possesses three large interior spaces on two levels, a galley, office area, plenty of storage and several accessible heads.

She comes with the facilities that you'd expect to keep people safe, including fire alarm, emergency lighting and signage, plus more.

She does need to leave Brighton Marina, so you'll need somewhere suitable for her to go - She MUST leave and this is NON NEGOTIABLE.

As one of Brighton's (and Brighton Marina's) famous local landmarks, she's been a very successful venue and work place and the marina, plus many past participants will be very sad to see her go!

Please note that Boatshed cannot be held responsible for any travel costs whatsoever, in the event of cancellation, or if the vessel goes under offer, or if the vessel is removed from the market, or if a viewing is cancelled, for any reason, whatsoever.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

Hi, I’m looking for a large boat as my friend owns moorings in Richmond upon Thames I could move the boat there. Also the main reason we’re looking for such a large vessel is because we’re looking to open a furniture charity shop on a boat large boat. In fact, I think it would be amazing. I could turn it into a treasure boat. Looking to donate to Great Olman St., Hospital, which does amazing things for the little ones and my parents I’m 46 years old now I’ve had a good life. I don’t want to get bored I want to get back. I see this as my perfect opportunity. Where is the nearest place, I could move it to until I can get a suitable engine just to propel the vessel to Richmond. My brother has been bringing large boats back from Holland for years so he’s I captain please let me know what you think
