Broker's Comments

These Danish Trawlers were built to last and this one has. Since her career in fishing she has been used as a leisure and live aboard vessel and is well appointed and attractive for exactly that. Originally for use in ice waters she is massively built and under present ownership has had plenty of high quality maintenance. There is a little work to do still following a recent insurance survey before taking her to sea again and this is being allowed for in her realistic asking price.
Perhaps a jewel in the crown is that she has a true residential mooring lease in Bristol harbour which, subject always to consent of the harbour authority, may be transferred to the new owner.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

The vendor is not selling in the course of a business unless otherwise stated.
