** mooring now available to take over with the boat if required**
Ever wanted to live on a boat but find them too confining or too small? If so, this may be your answer. This could be your chance to aquire that once in a lifetime “jaw dropping” marine home or commercial premises that you have been looking for. This is definitely not going to be too small or a boring run of the mill vessel!
This is a genuinely unique opportunity to acquire a one off steel three deck boat that lends itself to be a huge live aboard residence, commercial floating premises or just a very large private boat. She boasts 186 square meters of accommodation space across three living decks plus a further 80+ square meters of external deck space giving immense flexibility of options for use and application.
She is, according to the owner 90% complete and is a drivable vessel. She would need services installing and connecting as required and dependant on final use. She has been designed and built by Wolf Marine fabrications and has a full boat safety certificate that runs to 2023 and a recent full survey as well the associated stability test all from (2018). She was constructed by Lloyds certified class 1 marine welding by Wolf Marine fabrications in 2015 and launched in 2018. She is complete with a 179HP diesel engine plus separate bow thruster engine (33hp) and can also generate 125kva of electricity internally from the engine coupled generator unit.
This is a very large boat at 81 feet long and 100T, and the three deck space has to be seen to be appreciated. The build was started in 2015 and completed to her launch condition in 2018. Since then further works have been completed to create a set of space that just needs finishing to your own taste. Her top deck has a working helm station forward to drive the boat from. This upper deck space is huge and styled like a classic steam boat with curved front windows and windows the full length of the living space. The space itself is 7.6m x 3.6m.
Steps down to the middle or main deck find you in a space that is enormous at 11.6m x 3.6m (41sqm) this is currently the main saloon area although not trimmed and furnished. She too has a large curved front window section and full windows the length of the saloon. Aft of this large saloon area is a large galley / dining room measuring 5.4m x 6.7m (36sqm), and is fitted with a temporary but working galley. This opens out on to both side decks via doors and also to the large fantail open aft deck. (Please note the racing car shown is not included in the sale and will be removed)
Steps down from the main deck in the large saloon lead to the lower deck where there are 4 separate but inter-connected rooms and a large heads compartment with all the fittings in place but just needing final connection and finishing. Total floor area on this lower deck (as it currently configured) is a whopping 82 SQM.
The lower deck is currently used as a sleeping area and lounge and workshop. At the aft end is the large walk in engine room giving amazing access to the readily starting and well running engine. In the forepeak there is a separate engine driven bow thruster and storage area. While this boat can be bought and used as a vessel I feel her prime use would be as a self propelled living accommodation or commercial premises. Either use will see the new owner with a boat, the style of which will make her stand out from any crowd and be a real focal point. As a living space she would be an enormous house once final fit out is completed. This boat represents a very rare opportunity to own something very special at a very low price and make it fully your own while delivering space that can not readily be acquired at such a low cost.
This is sold as 90% finished but running and drivable project boat.
