This is a beautifully constructed boat. The 9ft 3in width gives plenty of room without the unwieldiness of larger wide beams.
Built for cruising as well as living aboard, she has a generous cruiser stern with a superb canopy. The massive forward well deck has a solid roof and a removable cover with panoramic windows making a wonderful conservatory.
The paintwork is in very good condition, but the roof paint will need some attention. This boat benefits from 2 pack epoxy blacking below the waterline, which should be good for a few years to come.
The hull is protected by 12 sacrificial anodes and a galvanic isolator
Heating and hot water are provided by a Mikuni boiler, with radiators throughout the boat. When cruising the hot water can also be provided by an engine calorifier and when shore power is available an immersion heater can also be used.

The beautiful foredeck conservatory leads via double doors to the main living room. This is spacious with room for furniture either side. The windows are large giving plenty of daylight and spectacular views. The panelling, above the gunnel and the ceiling are painted in light colours which enhances the light and spacious feel. Lower walls and cupboard doors are in light wood.
The fittings, particularly such details as lights and handles give the feel of a well-appointed apartment.
The flooring is top quality, hard wearing vinyl warmed by a wonderful oriental rug. The furniture includes a well made sofa bed for occasional visitors.
The open plan galley kitchen is separated by a useful work top. It is equipped with high quality fitted cooker, separate hob, microwave and fridge. There is also a side hatch to provide fresh air and views amidships. Also great for delivering the shopping straight to the kitchen. There is plenty of storage space.
Cunningly located in the corridor through to the bedroom is a washing machine and more storage space.
The main bedroom again features a mass of storage including hanging space. The bed can be folded, with all bedding in place, to form a sofa. It should be noted that this is a proper bed which folds with great ease if desired. It is not a sofa which doubles as a bed.
There is a folding table which makes this room perfect as an office as well as a second living room.
The corridor leads aft to a small lobby area with access to more storage, the heated drying cupboard and the stairs to the rear deck. To one side is a generous bathroom with electric flush toilet a corner basin and a lovely shower.
The rear deck is another spacious room in itself with its well designed canopy and with panoramic windows. The canopy can be de-rigged in sections to provide an open deck with a sun shade, or removed completely.
Everything needed for cruising falls easily to hand in a selection of lockers..

Broker's Comments
This boat is a true one-off. Beautifully proportioned for comfort and handling she is a boat to turn heads and a delight for any owner. The present owners have lived aboard and cruised for six years. They designed the layout to use every inch of space and use it well. With so much space and so much storage there is an open uncluttered feel.
Every item is of the highest quality and matched to its purpose. There are many thoughtful extras such as the low-level fin radiators in the living room. and the side hatch in the kitchen.
With the forward conservatory acting as an extension to the living space there is plenty of room to live and to entertain.
The bedroom that so easily converts to an office or second living room is a great bonus.
All in all this is a boat for anyone who wants to cruise in luxury or live aboard in style. Or, as the present owners have, combine the best of both worlds.
