Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 60 x 10'6 wide beam for sale which can be bought with a residential mooring at Poplar Dock Marina, E London.

The current owner has had it from new and fitted it to a high spec particularly in the galley with a fabulous Westahl cooker and plenty of working space. The rest of the interior is similarly well presented. The master cabin is nice and bright with a walk in wardrobe meaning there is plenty of storage space.

The saloon also benefits from roof hatches for extra daylight and has room for a good sized corner sofa.

Surveyed in 2016 and this report is available with the boat. The blacking was last carried out at that time too.

This boat can be bought as a continuous cruiser or moved to another mooring as no premium has been added for the mooring. This is an optional Poplar residential mooring, one of London's most popular marinas for liveaboards. There is a strong community spirit and it is a well run marina. Current mooring fees are £13,000 p.a. and there is a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price).
