Broker's Comments
This is a nice example of a 60 x 10 Wide Beam built by Amber Boats Evesham in 2009. Built in Poland, these boats are always nicely fitted out to a high level and are comfortable liveaboards.
The cockpit is spacious and benefits from a cockpit enclosure. As you enter down the rear companionway you have the electrics panel on your left with heating controls. The panel opens at the side and also from inside the boat offering a good size storage cupboard that also houses the 240 electric and inverter charger.
You now find yourself in the good sized saloon with a large double bed settee, TV, plenty of storage cupboards and a heating stove. There is a Webasto wet heating system running the radiators through out the boat and there is also an electric radiator if needed.
The open plan living area extends into the well appointed galley with built in oven/grill, microwave oven, stainless steel basin/drainer, 12v fridge with small freezer, clever folding out storage cupboards and granite worktops.
Moving down the boat you arrive in the spacious bathroom with a corner bath, shower cubicle, electric pump out toilet, heated towel rail and built in vanity units with wash basin.
Next is the main bedroom with a fitted double bed with under bed storage and this also houses the waste tank. There is a built in dressing table, storage units above the bed and built in wardrobes and drawers. The main door leads out into the cratch area with decent storage and bench seating.
