Broker's Comments
This bright and spacious wide beam offers comfortable accommodation with an open plan living space, forward cabin and larger than average bathroom. Fully double glazed throughout, with a bespoke solid fuel stove to keep the boat cosy and warm during the winter.
Built by Burscough Boats, the construction quality is to a high standard. As well as the large cruiser stern and foredeck the boat also has a large sundeck on the coachroof.
Currently moored at Brentford Island, the CRT leisure mooring can most likely be secured for the new owner. The current owner has secured the mooring for the minimum bid of £1000/month. However, the specification of the systems makes the boat ideal for constant cruising if a permanent mooring is not required.
She was last out of the water in July 2020, when she was blacked and had new anodes fitted. The engine has been recently serviced and the gas system overhauled, with a new BSS certificate valid until 2025.
