Broker's Comments

This vessel is a stylish and comfortable floating home and would suit anybody looking for an inland water and seagoing barge. It has been bespoke designed and built with quality, self sufficiency and stability in mind and is uniquely attractive.

The hull has been designed to provide sufficient seaworthiness for open water use, yet shallow enough for canals. The hull has been treated in all areas with insulation foam, as has the deck, which provides thermal and sound insulation and ultimately an efficient boat to warm.
Heating is provided by a gas fired boiler, leading to radiators, also heating the pressurised water.

The boat’s interior has been thoughtfully set out, with the helm and galley in a raised position, being open plan and benefiting from a good deal of natural light, provided by the double glazed windows. The galley is complete, with usual creature comforts, including a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and plenty of worktop space.

Below the main stairway is an open saloon, full of light, character and comfort. There is a dining area, which comfortably seats 6-8, along with a warm lounge, complemented by a real fuel stove. A particular highlight of the saloon is the double glazed sky light, capable of being drawn back to open the boat to the sky, something distinctly pleasant during the warmer months.

Along the corridor is a stylish heads area, complete with a large shower, heated towel rail and an attractive, circular, feature window. Finally, in the forward cabin is the double master suite, complete with a fitted wardrobe.

The sale is a generous package, including a small rib, two outboard motors and a portable generator.

In every way this boat offers a pleasant experience, be it preparing meals in the galley, relaxing or entertaining friends and family in the saloon or cruising the waterways. Its design, build quality and relative newness suggest stress free living and cruising, for many years to come.
