Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 57ft x 10ft wide beam that comes with lots of interior character, a luxury bathroom and grand sleeping quarters.

The solid wood floor (and lining to the gunwale) brings a feeling of tradition that blends well with the modern fit-out and detailed decoration. The draped bed creates an opulent and cozy aft cabin. Classic radiators with chrome tap fittings add to the charm of the interior. While the modern galley is well equipped with a large oven and additional gas hob.

The boat has a good level of equipment, fitted with solar panels, inverter, and Webasto central heating.

Currently, on a leisure mooring at Chiswick Quay, the new owner should apply to the marina prior to purchase to secure the current berth with the boat.

As a guide, the current mooring fees are circa £750 per month.
