Broker's Comments
This 9ft Wide Beam comes with a fully transferable residential mooring in Brentford. The peaceful setting and friendly community make for ideal inexpensive accommodation with a current mooring fee of £375/m.
The vessel boasts very nice lines with an inviting, cozy interior. Side hatches on both sides allow abundant amounts of light and fresh air to flood the interior, in addition to the regularly spaced windows.
The forward doors open out from the galley with the foredeck providing outside space in which to sit and relax. A large saloon with a solid fuel stove leads on to the aft cabin. A larger than average double bed is fixed with storage below. A large closet provides ample hanging space.
In the adjacent heads there is a hip bath and shower. The currently fitted with a cartridge toilet, but a holding tank is in situ and could be recommissioned.
In addition to the solid fuel stove, there are two oil-filled electric radiators that can be programmed to come on automatically, ensuring the boat is warm when you get up and return from work.
The boat has been regularly lifted for inspection by the vendor and was last out of the water in 2018 for a survey. The boat will have a new BSS certificate before the sale is finalised.
