Broker's Comments

This 50 x 10 Cruiser Stern Widebeam was built in 2004 by Culture Boats of Liverpool. The boat has just been into Burnley dry dock for a hull survey and to be blacked. The boat is glazed throughout with double glazed window units. There is a bow thruster but it is not working and has been removed and sent to be checked to see if it can be repaired. The boat also benefits from a Eberspacher Hydronic diesel heater that runs the three radiators and the stainless steel towel rail.

As you enter the stern companionway you arrive into the good size galley with plenty of fitted storage units, a built in oven, 4 burner gas hob, fridge, small separate freezer and a stainless sink drainer.

Moving down the corridor you get to the large bathroom with what looks to be a full size bath with overhead shower and a folding shower door. There is a wash basin with with a vanity unit and storage, a heated towel rail, a vac flush cassette toilet with spare cassette and a couple of decent storage cupboards behind the door.

The saloon is next and is nice and airy with a small skylight in the middle of the ceiling. There is a wood burner stove, radiator and a large built in dresser with lots of cupboard and drawer storage. The settee is not staying with the boat!

Finally you get to the main double cabin that has access out into the foredeck. There is under bed storage as well as a number of cupboards which is a mix of half wardrobes and shelving.
