Broker's Comments
These wide beams don't come up that often and go quickly because their size gives them such versatility; large enough to provide comfortable accommodation, but small enough for easy cruising.
Boasting a splendid professional repaint (2021), the smart exterior appearance is matched with a carefully crafted interior. With a fixed double bed in the aft cabin, plus the sofa bed in the saloon, she can comfortably sleep 4.
The galley has plenty of storage and the heads has a good sized shower. With forward facing windows in the saloon, the boat is light and airy.
The boat had a hull survey in 2015 and all recommendations were carried out at the time. The boat was lifted again in 2020 for blacking and anodes, and no further work was required below the waterline.
The vessel has had a considerable amount of improvement over the years, not least a new engine fitted in 2019. The boat has been rewired, a new invertor, new calorifier, cabin heating installed, and the interior freshly decorated. All carried out by the current owner who has had the boat for over 10 years.
The boat has a new BSS, due to expire in 2026.
