Broker's Comments
The Ranger 36 has an excellent reputation for the sea-keeping qualities of the hull and its long range cruising capability.
Built by Northshore Yachts, they were fitted out to a high standard and this boat has been lovingly restored to the highest standard. No expense has been spared and over £9000 has been spent on the engines alone.
An absolute gem, this boat was once owned by Billy Cotton and was moored in Guernsey for many years.
Due to the design and layout of the boat, she makes an ideal live aboard and would make a comfortable home or pied a terre.
She is moored on a fully residential berth in Zone 2 London, close to shops and local amenities. This mooring is fully transferable.
Full details of work carried out have been carefully documented and are available on request.
