Broker's Comments

Residential barge for sale moored on its own island in the River Seine.

Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this simply converted traditional working barge for sale moored on its own freehold island in the River Seine upstream of Paris. Footbridge access to the island. Parking nearby. Central Paris accessed by RER in just 40 minutes. Shops and RER station just 500 meters away.

Take a good look at the photos and video. This is without doubt a rare opportunity to live on your own barge on your own island less than an hour from Paris. Although the barge and the terrain are usable, the possibilities to turn this into something VERY special are enormous.
