Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to bring this very smart 57ft Narrowboat onto the market with highly desirable Limehouse residential mooring.
This 2006 Durham Boat is a great liveaboard option in London's most in demand marina. With a decent sized living area, dining table and well equipped galley, there is plenty of room for a couple to live comfortably on board. The cabin has lots of storage and the boat throughout is bright and modern.
The boat has been recently blacked which makes it even easier for someone to move straight on board.
The mooring at Limehouse is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) to the marina. Current mooring fees are £10,502 p.a.
Council Tax, water, WiFi, pump out and use of the laundry is all included in the mooring fees.
Limehouse Basin is London's best placed residential marina with excellent transport links into central London and Canary Wharf and a great "village" feel on the marina with a friendly, welcoming community of boaters.
