Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 50ft Narrowboat for sale with residential mooring at Wenlock Basin, Islington.
In a fantastic location on the Regent's Canal, this 2007 boat makes a lovely liveaboard boat with great access to the City and central London. The boat is positioned in a picturesque spot underneath a large Weeping Willow tree, which does mean you need to stay on top of the cleaning but it mainly does the job of keeping the boat nice and cool in summer.
The boat itself has been well maintained by the current owner and was surveyed and blacked in 2019. It has a BSS to August 2024.
Set up with a traditional layout, you enter via the bow into an open plan living area and galley with multi fuel heating stove. There is also a back boiler which powers the radiators at the stern of the boat. The galley has a gas cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
The bathroom is a good size with shower and electric cassette heads. The cabin has a fitted double bed with storage underneath and a wardrobe.
The residential mooring at Wenlock is fully transferable with payment of a 10% transfer fee. Current mooring fees are £8,800 per annum roughly. Please note, pets are not allowed on the mooring.
