Dutch steel cruiser from the Altena yard in 1991 with an impressive interior finish.
4 new anodes (320Gr) installed in November 2019
hull clean manually to the original epoxy not sandblasted, and traited and painted by the owner (intershield 300 bronze, interspeed 6400, grey interprotect) work carried slowly with good care. the deck, stern is being carried on.
Cockpit cover has been desmantled and all the zips, windows and sewings have been re done by a professional.

Aft master cabin with spacious shower ensuite and walk round double of 1.90m x 1.40m dimensions with 2m headroom. Separate heads with manual toilet. Ensuite large shower tray (0.75x0.95) and wash basin all with 1.90 headroom.
Fwd to saloon with deep opening windows and open plan onto the dinette galley. settee converts into a single berth ( 0.65x2) This arrangement gives a huge amount of light and impression of space. A new feature has been installed by a professional, a wood burner Godin stove, giving a dry and warm atmosphere. Fwd. to galley starboard with four burner gas hob, separate electric convection oven, 3,5kg washing machine and instant gas water heater and a 24v fridge. The dinette converts into a double berth (110x190), good headroom of 1.95.
The whole boat heated by diesel fired central heating to radiators (Maritim Booster 9Kw) recently fully maintained and all the radiators and a new Godin wood burner stove (4,5Kw) in the saloon with its collapsable cheminey while cruising.

A 13m x 4m live aboard extended cruising motor cruiser built in 1991 for comfortable and stylish living on the French and European waterways. Space, light, heating, separate indoor and outdoor living areas and well equipped for full time live aboard cruising. Summer and autumn 2019, the owner has carried out a long and minutious work and the hull, cleaned to her original epoxy, and several coats of expensive professional paints and epoxy she is now ready for a last coat over the waterline and on the roof.
Lying in a quiet marina, 1hour and half away from Paris, the mooring could be transferrable under request to the port manager, and costs less than 500 euros per year, a shed on site used as storage (dinghy, outboard, spares, bicycles..) could be let as well under arrangement with the owner.
