Broker's Comments
This Dutch Barge has been fitted out with a high level of finish and attention to detail, which makes her a lovely liveaboard. The secure mooring on Platts Eyot is managed by Sorbonne Estates at £210/m per annum.
Car parking is provided and Hampton mainline station is approximately 15 minutes walk, with frequent trains into Clapham Junction and Waterloo.
The vessel is heated by an automatic wood chip stove that powers radiators throughout the boat.
The boat was last out of the water in 2016 for a hull survey and the engine's gearbox has been recently reconditioned.
These boat details are subject to contract.
