Broker's Comments

With a bright and spacious interior, this is a great little houseboat for someone seeking a low-cost London pad (Zone 2). There's a large saloon, open plan galley, a double bedroom and a small single. There are loads of cupboards, lockers and hidey-holes and radiators in every room (via quiet and efficient Webasto heating). The shower room needs a little cosmetic finishing - other than that, you could move in straight away.

She comes with a transferable Central London residential mooring licence in one of London's most sought after marinas, which supports a lively social life and has a real 'village' atmosphere. These licences alone have been marketed for sums in excess of £30,000, which makes this boat look like very good value indeed. The marina is close to Canary Wharf and the City, so this could make a great pied-a-terre for a City worker (or couple of City workers!).
