Access from the wheelhouse to an open plan living area including well equipped galley with 6 burner gas cooker. Lots of light and modern bright feel and a corner stove for those chilly evenigs when you don’t want to light the whole central heating. Speaking of which classic cast iron radiators are heated via a Chappee central heating boiler and hot water is from a 170 litre immersion heater. To the aft via “French windows” is the aft deck which as well as giving a pleasant terrace area also gives access to the engine room starboard or roof port. From the saloon a stairway gives access to the lower deck where there is a huge bedroom with king size double bed and a bathroom forward with a built-in polished concrete bath.
