Broker's Comments

This 60ft Collingwood widebeam has been refitted to an exceptional standard and is beautifully presented. It has a BSS until March 2025. It has recently had a brand new solid wood Ramsbottom kitchen, and quartz worktops. There is a full size oven and grill, a microwave, and a new hob with 4 burners. The kitchen also benefits from ample storage space and a new wooden floor which has been fitted with lower floor lights. It also has Apple blinds, which can be operated by an app on your phone when you are not in residence, if needed. There is a beautiful hard wood table and 4 chairs in the dining area which leads into the main saloon. This area has a comfortable sofa and wood burning multi stove. There is also a new integrated fridge, plus a freezer and washing machine. The bathroom boasts a vac flush and also a porta potti. There is a basin and a shower enclosure with a pressurised hot water system. The cabin bedroom has plenty of storage space and a large, fixed double bed. As well as having unbreakable windows, the vessel also benefits from a Boat Warden alarm system, which is state of the art and gives the owner complete peace of mind. This is connected to a tracker, has sensors on all doors. It also operates the heating system, the bilge, and the electrics. Should any of the sensors or electrics be tripped, the system will immediately notify the owner of the issue. She is also fitted with 4 x 250W solar panels, a fully automatic satellite dish and is setup with a full wifi system throughout. The vessel has also been grit blasted and had a new epoxy 2 pack blacking and further resin on top for extra protection when last out of the water in 2018. New anodes were also fitted. She has also recently had a new Galvanic Isolator and a new propeller fitted and the old propeller has been re-furbished and is onboard as a spare. This is a beautiful liveaboard widebeam which has been kept to a very high standard. She has around £20,000 of extras fitted including the new kitchen. Viewing is highly recommended.
